Return and Exchange Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem, correct it, and return the product. .

If you have received the item more than 7 days ago and you have not informed us of the problem, the product will not be returned. .

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if it has any of the above defects only. .

 Please note that there is no return or exchange for a product that does not have any manufacturing problem or defect on our part. .

To initiate a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. .

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items :

We cannot accept returns of your used product or one that has been misused personally. .

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards. .

Refunds :

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your product, and will let you know if your refund is approved or not. .

 If approved, your money will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that this may take some time.
